I know this is not pet related, but I really wanted to share with you all about these amazing organizations - Operation Christmas Child and AnyAirman.com.
Operation Christmas Child
Here is what you do:
- Pack a shoe box with loving goodies
- Print a label and choose a gender and age group
- Drop off your box
- Track your box to the recipient
Drop off locations are open from November 15th-22nd. This really is a lot of fun to do, and doesn't cost that much money.
Please take a look at this video. This year, they plan on giving MANY of the boxes to children in Haiti among the countries they will be serving this year.

- Receive address
- Pack boxes
- Send them off
I started doing this this year and its absolutely a great feeling knowing that the items that I am buying are going to people who take joy in receiving them.
