Veggie Pizza
Pizza Dough
- 2-3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. active dry yeast
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Toppings
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1 zucchini (diced)
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- In a large bowl stir together the flour, yeast, garlic powder, oregano and basil. Mix in the vegetable oil and water.
- When dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.
- Lightly oil a large bowl, place the dough in the bowl and turn to coat with oil. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm area for 20 mins.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Punch dough down. Divide dough into 8 equal parts and form into balls. Flatten dough with fingers into a circle to form the pizza crust.
- Place on a greased baking dish. Brush the tops of the pizza with olive oil. Top each pizza with tomato and zucchini and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15 to 25 mins. or until golden brown, rotate halfway through.
- Allow to cool, then serve to your favorite pup!
- Store the remaining pizzas in the refrigerator for a week. You can freeze them for up to six months.

I read the recipe three times, I couldn't believe my eyes! For us? For furry friends? Pizza? I'm going to ask M to add a bit of chicken at the top, or would that be pushing my luck. Thanks for sharing your scumdeleomptious pizza recipe :)
